Tom Morgan is a Consulting Executive at HoganTaylor Technology, a newly formed subsidiary of HoganTaylor LLP. He has more than 30 years of diverse IT experience in small, medium, and large companies, including more than 25 years of management experience encompassing all IT disciplines.
For more than 10 years, Tom served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Dobson Communications Corporation before they were acquired by AT&T in 2007. He stayed on as Senior Vice President of Information Technology at AT&T until 2008, when Tom, founded RainRock IT which offered outsourced CIO services, hosting services, and cybersecurity, among other offerings.
