Sherri Coale is a retired Hall of Fame basketball coach, writer, speaker, believer, and master motivator. For the past 25 years, Coale has served as the head women’s basketball coach at the University of Oklahoma where she is the winningest coach in OU history.

She’s a true inspiration to women, athletes, coaches, and entrepreneurs across the country and she’s here to discuss it all on How That Happened.

In this episode, Sherri sheds light on how she rebuilt and reinvigorated OU’s women’s basketball program from the ground up, strategies for developing a team culture, and the challenges she faced when recruiting new team members.
