Kyle Bruner Joins HoganTaylor as Tax Principal in Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.—HoganTaylor LLP, one of the largest business advisory and public accounting firms in Oklahoma and Arkansas, has expanded its Little Rock tax practice with the addition of Kyle Bruner as Tax Principal effective May 18, 2026.

Bruner brings more than 10 years of public accounting experience serving clients ranging from large multinational corporations to closely held businesses across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, retail, telecommunications, and consumer products.

Prior to joining HoganTaylor, Bruner worked for Ernst & Young in its Global Compliance and Reporting practice, where he advised clients on federal and state tax compliance, tax accounting, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring initiatives, and outsourcing and co-sourcing tax operating models.

Throughout his career, Bruner has partnered closely with executive leadership teams, corporate controllers, and business owners to help organizations manage complex tax and reporting requirements while supporting broader business objectives.

Bruner is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both Arkansas and Texas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned both a Master of Taxation and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University.
