TULSA, Okla. — HoganTaylor’s partners recently selected Randa Vernon as the Firm’s next CEO and chairman of the board, effective Jan. 1, 2027. Vernon will succeed Randy Nail, who will continue as CEO through Dec. 31, 2026.
"Randa has made a tremendous impact on HoganTaylor for more than two decades, and our partners have placed their confidence in her for good reason," said Nail. "She is a dynamic, collaborative leader who cares deeply about our people and clients. I am confident she is the right person to lead HoganTaylor into its next chapter."
Since joining a HoganTaylor predecessor firm in 2001, Vernon has served as a partner for two decades and held key leadership roles, including more than a decade as Assurance Service Area Leader and her current role as Client Services Leader. During her tenure leading Assurance, she helped drive 117% revenue growth across the service area.
Vernon has served on the Firm's Operating Committee since 2013, helping shape HoganTaylor's direction and guide how the Firm serves clients, supports its people and innovates for the future. She brings more than 30 years of experience in the industry to the role.

Nail and Vernon will work closely in the coming months to prepare for the leadership transition. Following the transition, Nail will continue supporting HoganTaylor through Dec. 31, 2027, with a focus on strategic growth opportunities.
