“I want HoganTaylor to be known as a generous firm—one that shares its resources, time and talent with the communities that support us. Our Foundation grants are one part of that commitment, alongside our volunteer service and employee giving that bring HTCommunity to life throughout the year,” said Randy Nail, CEO of HoganTaylor.
HoganTaylor’s community support also includes its annual HoganTaylor Community Impact Day. This year, HoganTaylor team members contributed approximately 2,040 volunteer hours serving nonprofit organizations in the communities where the Firm operates.
“Every grant and volunteer hour reflects the care our team has for its community,” said Lindsey Callery, HTCommunity Lead and Foundation trustee. “We’re proud to support nonprofit organizations doing meaningful work, and grateful to the employees who give their time and resources to help their communities thrive.”
HoganTaylor will continue that support through its upcoming Season of Giving employee campaign running November 23 - December 4. During the campaign, employees are encouraged to donate to nonprofit organizations of their choice, and the HoganTaylor Foundation will provide a matching contribution, with total Foundation matching funds capped at $25,000. By extending the campaign through Giving Tuesday on December 1, 2026, employees will have the opportunity to potentially triple their impact through additional Giving Tuesday matching opportunities, further amplifying the collective difference we can make in the communities we serve.
The HoganTaylor Foundation’s mission is to support the needs of the communities the Firm serves through grants, and scholarships. The Foundation accepts grant requests from nonprofit organizations (IRS determination of 501(c)(3) status) based in and working in the U.S., with preference given to those organizations who provide services in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
