TULSA– HoganTaylor LLP, one of the largest business advisory and public accounting firms in Oklahoma and Arkansas, has announced Josh Larkins as Chief Information Officer and Heather Fuller as Chief People Officer, both effective January 1, 2025.
Josh Larkins joined the Firm in 2003. He previously served as IT Manager and Director of IT. In his new role as Chief Information Officer, Josh will lead the Firm’s technology initiatives, driving innovation to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and improve client experience. His leadership will be instrumental in leveraging solutions to address the evolving challenges of the digital landscape. Josh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Central Oklahoma.
HoganTaylor’s new Chief People Officer Heather Fuller joined the Firm in 2018. She previously served as Human Resources Director. As Chief People Officer, Heather will lead initiatives focused on leadership development, employee satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture, using data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions. Heather’s expertise in communication strategy and change management will play a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and creating solutions that benefit both employees and the firm. She earned a Bachelor of Education in Psychology from Pittsburg State University.
