Merri Barden, Tax Partner, Oklahoma City, Okla.
Barden joined the Firm in 2011. She has more than 10 years of experience in the area of taxation, including tax compliance reporting and planning with an emphasis on financial institutions, high net worth individuals, organizations with multi state filing, and pass-through entities. Barden is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the University of Central Oklahoma where she received her B.S. in Accounting in 2008 and her Master of Business Administration in 2010.
Tabatha Broussard, Tax Partner, Baton Rouge, La.
Broussard joins HoganTaylor as a remote partner working in Baton Rouge, La. Her extensive tax experience includes individual, partnership, and corporate taxation, as well as tax planning and research. Broussard is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and Louisiana State University where she earned a Master of Science in Accounting.
Lindsey Callery, Tax Partner, Tulsa, Okla.
Callery began working at HoganTaylor in 2006. She has more than 15 years in the area of taxation including C Corporation and state experience, in addition to various other entity types. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and Oklahoma State University.
Kevin Hearn, Risk Assurance Partner, Tulsa, Okla.
Hearn joined the Firm in 2004. He has more than 17 years of experience and currently leads HoganTaylor's Risk Assurance niche providing risk assessment, internal control, and information technology compliance and advisory services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
David Stiles, Assurance Partner, Tulsa, Okla.
Stiles joined the Firm in 2010. He has more than 11 years of experience providing assurance services to various publicly and privately held clients, with a particular affinity for universities, private foundations, and other nonprofit organizations. David is a graduate of Oral Roberts University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration.
