HoganTaylor Announces Firmwide Promotions for 2026

TULSA—HoganTaylor, one of the largest business advisory and public accounting firms in the region, announced a series of firmwide promotions effective Jan. 1, 2026. These promotions recognize team members across the firm for their leadership, expertise and continued commitment to client service.

Karen Favaloro, Director, Data Governance and Privacy, Oklahoma City

Favaloro joined the firm in January 2017 as a business development manager. In January 2019, she became the digital strategy and insights leader, which later transitioned into the data governance and privacy leader role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Edgar Delgadillo, CPA, Senior Manager, Assurance, Oklahoma City

Delgadillo joined the firm as an assurance intern in 2016 and returned in 2018 as an assurance staff member. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Andrew Dunlap, CPA, Senior Manager, Tax, Tulsa 

Dunlap joined the firm in June 2018 as a tax intern and later converted to a tax staff role upon graduation. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Central Arkansas.

Kimberly Gamalski, Senior Manager, Marketing, Oklahoma City

Gamalski joined the firm in March 2023 and holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Oklahoma Christian University.

Hayden Lewellen, CPA, ABV, CFE, Senior Manager, Forensic, Valuation & Litigation Support, Oklahoma City Lewellen joined the firm in January 2020 as an advisory intern and was later hired as an FVLS staff member. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting from Arkansas Tech University and an MBA from LSU Shreveport.

Evan McKinnon, CPA, Senior Manager, Assurance, Little Rock

McKinnon joined JPMS Cox, PLLC, now HoganTaylor, in September 2017 as an assurance staff member and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Ouachita Baptist University.

Morgan Miller, Senior Manager, Client Experience, Oklahoma City

Miller joined the firm in May 2022 as a senior marketing coordinator and was promoted to marketing manager in May 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and broadcasting from Oklahoma State University.

Nikki McDonald, CPA, Senior Manager, Tax, Oklahoma City

McDonald joined the firm in June 2023 as a tax manager. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Louisiana State University.

Monika Turek, CPA, Senior Manager, Learning and Development, Tulsa

Turek joined the firm in June 2017 in the tax department and was promoted to learning and development manager in June 2021. She holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and economics and a master’s degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University and later earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Alec Brand, Manager, Assurance, Tulsa

Brand joined the firm in 2022 as an assurance staff member. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting from the University of Arkansas and a master’s degree in business administration from Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow.

Brewster joined the firm in June 2021 as an assurance staff member and holds bachelor’s degrees in both accounting and management information systems from Harding University.
