HoganTaylor Announces 2025 HTCommunity Impact Day
October 8, 2025 •HoganTaylor

TULSA— HoganTaylor, one of the largest business advisory and public accounting firms in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, is turning October into a month-long celebration of community service, anchored by the firm’s second annual HTCommunity Impact Day on Friday, October 24. On this day, all offices will close during business hours so that professionals can serve their local communities together.
This year’s expanded initiative builds on the success of the inaugural event, with a campaign for the Tulsa Area United Way, recognition of standout community volunteers from each office, and new partnerships that extend HoganTaylor’s impact across multiple states and even abroad.
“At HoganTaylor, community is at the heart of who we are and what we do,” said Lindsey Callery, HTCommunity Lead for HoganTaylor. “Service has always been one of our core values, and this October we’re living it out in a big way—from our Tulsa Area United Way campaign, to celebrating our volunteers, to serving globally through environmental initiatives.”
Amplifying Impact Through Service
On October 24, HoganTaylor’s 350+ employees will dedicate their time and talents to organizations where their efforts create measurable community impact:
- Tulsa: Teams will support Tulsa Hills Youth Ranch and Tulsa Dream Center, organizations that collectively serve well over 1,000 at-risk youth annually with education, food, and emergency assistance. The office will also conduct its annual Tulsa Area United Way campaign throughout October, supporting Youth Opportunity, Healthy Community, Financial Security, and Community Resiliency initiatives.
- Oklahoma City: Volunteers will serve with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, which distributes 28 million pounds of food annually, and partner with Cleats 4 Kids, City Care-Pershing Center, and Urban League to support thousands of individuals in need.
- Little Rock: The team will assist Immerse Arkansas, Camp Aldersgate, ACCESS, and Our House, collectively serving several thousand children and families with special needs and experiencing homelessness.
- Fayetteville: Professionals will dedicate their day to Best Friends Animal Society, supporting the care of 1,600 animals and advancing the organization’s mission of ending pet homelessness.
- Philippines: Team members will volunteer with Masungi Georeserve, planting trees and nurturing outdoor spaces as part of global sustainability initiatives.
Foundation of Giving: A Year-Round Commitment
The Firm’s October focus represents the culmination of year-round community investment. In September, the HoganTaylor Foundation awarded more than $108,000 in grants to 36 nonprofit organizations across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
“HoganTaylor’s commitment to service creates a ripple effect of positive change,” said Alison Anthony, President and CEO of Tulsa Area United Way. “Their Impact Day and month-long initiative show how strategic corporate philanthropy can address multiple community needs simultaneously, while inspiring others to elevate their own commitment to service.”
Measuring What Matters: Community Outcomes
The Firm’s expanded approach prioritizes meaningful outcomes in key areas:
- Food Security: Volunteers will help distribute hundreds of pounds of food to families facing hunger.
- Youth Development: Support will reach over 200 young people through mentoring, recreation, and educational programs.
- Animal Welfare: Efforts will improve care and adoption prospects for hundreds of animals.
- Special Needs Services: Volunteer hours will enhance programming for hundreds of individuals with disabilities.
- Global Impact: Philippines initiatives will benefit animal rescue and medical care as well as environmental sustainability.
