Maximizing Forgiveness Part I

UPDATE: On June 5, 2020 the president signed into law the Paycheck Protection Flexibility Act (Flex Act). The Flex Act makes significant changes to the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), giving borrowers more time to use the funds received, more time to repay amounts not forgiven, and lower limits on how the funds are required to be spent.

Click here to read our summary of the key points of the Flex Act.

HoganTaylor thought leaders invite you to join them for Part I of "Maximizing Forgiveness," the first in a 5-part series of webinars to address five key areas of the Loan Forgiveness Application and Instructions (LFA) under the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

As we have previously reported, the Small Business Administration (SBA) recently issued the long-awaited LFA document. Part I of our "Maximizing Forgiveness" webinar series is an initial overview of the Paycheck Protection Program loan forgiveness process.

In this program HoganTaylor professionals will cover the following objectives:

  • Provide an Executive Overview of the Forgiveness Application
  • Recap of Major Developments
  • Discuss Definitions
  • Outline of Certifications and Required Documents
  • Overview of the General Forgiveness Application Process

Panelists for this hour long webinar include HoganTaylor professionals Jason Shultz, Partner of Innovation, and Leah McLain, Advisory Consulting Manager._
